IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP THE FORM No 18.
1. He/She should be holder of Degree/Three Year Diploma of any Branch of Graduation from any University in India, which should be obtained before 1st November 2016.
2. He/She should be resident of Nagpur Division (i.e. any district Viz Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Gondia, Bhandara and Gadchiroli).
3. Following documents are required to be uploaded.
a) Recent Photo.
b) Copy of Degree/Diploma/Marksheet (Self Attested and also Attested by Gazetted Officer).
c) Voter Card/Aadhar Card(Any One) & Electric Bill if there is a change in Address. [Self Attested]
d) For Married Woman (for Change in name)-Marriage Certificate/PAN Card having name of Husband /Gazette Notification for Change in name. (Any One) [Self Attested]
4. Since earlier Voter list is cancelled and therefore fresh registration is required, in order to vote in ensuing Graduate Constituency election, which is likely to be held in June/July 2020.
